I can't log in to my account
If you're having trouble logging in, try these steps:
- Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your account
- Check that your password is correct (passwords are case-sensitive)
- Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
- Try using a different browser or incognito/private mode

Videos won't play or load
If videos aren't playing properly:
- Check your internet connection speed and stability
- Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere with video playback
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Check if your firewall or antivirus is blocking video content
Dashboard or pages won't load
If pages aren't loading correctly:
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings
- Try disabling browser extensions temporarily
- Check your internet connection
- Try accessing from a different device or network
I'm getting error messages
If you're seeing error messages, please note the exact error text and when it occurs. Take a screenshot if possible, and contact us at support@independentartistmethod.comwith the details. Include information about what you were doing when the error occurred, your browser and operating system, and any steps you've already tried.
Mobile app or mobile browser issues
For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer. If you're accessing IAM on mobile, make sure you're using an up-to-date browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android). Some features may have limited functionality on mobile devices.
