Refund Policy

Introduction

Independent Artist Method ("IAM," "we," "our") is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased a digital product from IAM and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms below.

Products Covered

This policy applies to our current offerings, including but not limited to: Optimization Masterclass, Full Scaling System, Scaling Software Trifecta (subscription), lifetime access, credit packs, and combo purchases (e.g., Full Scaling + Trifecta). Subscription refunds (if any) are as stated below; after the applicable refund period, we do not refund the unused portion of a subscription period unless required by law or at our discretion.

Non-returnable or Limited Refund Items

The following are non-returnable or have limited refund eligibility as stated at the time of purchase on https://independentartistmethod.com:

• Lifetime Access purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Recurring subscription products (e.g., Scaling Software Trifecta) beyond their stated refund period (e.g., first 30 days)
• Credit pack purchases once credits have been applied or after a short window (e.g., 7 days) unless required by law or at our discretion

Referral credit has no cash value and is not refundable. If a referred customer is refunded, we may revoke the corresponding referrer credit as described in our Referral Terms.

Refunds of Digital / Subscription Goods

To be eligible for a refund on digital or subscription goods, the following must be met:

• The refund request must be made in writing by contacting support@independentartistmethod.com.
• The request must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date (or within the stated refund period for the product).
