Independent Artist Method (also known as "IAM") is not a pay-to-play or play-for-pay marketing company, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any streaming services, digital music distributors, record labels, or music industry intermediaries. IAM provides educational content and software tools to assist independent artists in building and scaling their music careers. IAM does not guarantee placements, streams, revenue, or any specific results, and any claims or representations regarding potential outcomes are examples only and should not be construed as promises or guarantees.
Product Representations
All product representations, mockups, and visual demonstrations displayed on this website are conceptual designs and may not reflect the actual appearance, functionality, or user interface of the final software products and services available within the IAM platform. Any figures, metrics, analytics, financial data, or performance indicators depicted in these mockups, visualizations, and demonstrations are illustrative examples only and are not real results from any specific artist or customer. Availability and functionality of these features are subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.
Product Modifications
Independent Artist Method reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or substitute software products, features, tools, and services included in the Full Scaling System platform and all future versions of its all-inclusive products and platforms at any time, including after purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to product names, feature sets, functionality, user interfaces, and the overall suite of tools available within the platform. IAM will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide equivalent or improved functionality when products are modified or replaced, but does not guarantee that any specific product or feature will remain available indefinitely.
Testimonials & Reviews
All written testimonials and reviews displayed on this website were collected from real IAM customers through both public sources and private communications. These testimonials were obtained without any promise, offer, or provision of payment, compensation, discounts, free services, or any other form of incentive in exchange for providing a positive review. Certain testimonials may have been edited or paraphrased for clarity, concision, and readability while preserving the original meaning and sentiment. Additionally, some personally identifying information, including but not limited to full names, profile photographs, locations, contact information, and other identifying details, may have been removed, redacted, or amended at the request of the artist for privacy and confidentiality purposes. The use of initials, partial names, or pseudonyms in place of full identifying information does not affect the authenticity or validity of the testimonial.

Independent Artist Method, the IAM brand, all associated trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and intellectual property, including but not limited to software products, educational content, course materials, methodologies, systems, processes, and proprietary tools, are the exclusive property of LOVE 2 HATE, LLC. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any IAM intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any use of IAM trademarks, service marks, or brand elements requires prior written authorization from LOVE 2 HATE, LLC.
