Common Payment Issues
Card Declined
If your card is declined, check that you've entered the card number, expiration date, and CVV correctly. Ensure your card has sufficient funds and isn't expired. Some banks require authorization for online purchases - contact your bank if needed.
Payment Processing Error
If you see a processing error, try again in a few minutes. Sometimes payment processors experience temporary issues. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact our billing team for assistance.
Duplicate Charge
If you notice a duplicate charge, it's often a temporary authorization that will be released within a few business days. If the charge remains after 5-7 days, contact our billing team immediately with your order number and we'll investigate.
