Common Login Problems
Incorrect Password
If you've forgotten your password or it's not working:
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters and includes letters and numbers
Email Not Recognized
If the system says your email isn't registered:
- Double-check you're using the correct email address
- Check for typos (common mistakes: .com vs .co, gmail vs gmai)
- Try the email you used when making your purchase
- If you still can't access your account, contact support with your purchase confirmation email
Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security:
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
- Use the password reset function to create a new password
- If the account remains locked, contact support for assistance
Browser & Technical Issues
Page Won't Load
If the login page isn't loading properly:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Check your internet connection
- Try using incognito/private browsing mode
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If you have 2FA enabled and can't access your authenticator app, use your backup codes. If you don't have backup codes, contact support to regain access to your account.
